Over the years the Beach Ballroom has played host to an ever-widening range of events and functions. Functions of all description have been held here, royal visits, corporate dinner dances, graduation balls, pop concerts, fashion shows, exhibitions and conferences have all had a warm and friendly welcome in this unique setting.

Since the Beach Ballroom was built early last century it has seen many changes but still intact is the dance floor one of Scotland’s finest – it floats on fixed steel springs which gives the dancers that extra bounce when dancing within the Ballroom. Also within the Ballroom complex are the Northern Lights Suite and the Star Ballroom that individually can accommodate a wide variety of events.
